The CH NP Manager will work in collaboration with Children's Hospital leadership and staff to develop and maintain efficient operations, promote positive relationships with organizational colleagues, and develop and implement strategic initiatives to ensure the delivery of care excellence and enhance the care experiences of patients and families served by the NPs. The CH NP Manager will be responsible for human resource management. Additionally, the CH NP Manager will be responsible for budgeting and fiscal oversight.
Current NC RN and NP license required. Minimum of 5 years progressive leadership and clinically relevant practice experience required.
