This role executes staff development processes to ensure quality patient outcomes, fosters educational development of staff, consults for educational services/programs, researches to support and advance clinical practice, advances knowledge and skills in specialization, initiates quality improvement priorities, and exhibits leadership.
A MSN is required with concentration in education preferred.
NCRN license required.
At least 5 years of experience in similar leadership/educational role.
