Deliver direct quality patient care, utilizing at least a basic clinical skill level and knowledge base. Assess patients, Develop, implement and evaluate/revise a plan of care, Attend educational programs and staff orientation which promotes personal and professional development. Develop a leadership role. Demonstrate support of research. Participate in Service Excellence Program.

ADN or BSN with three years of nursing experience and must be ICU prepared.

Current NC RN licensure required.
